We agree to sell our products to you subject to the terms and conditions set out on this page, please read them carefully. By using the website, you signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions. This website is for use by the residents of the island of Ireland who are 18 years and over only.


You supply us with your ‘personal information’ in order to purchase products and process loyalty rewards. We need your contact details to proceed with your orders. Please note we take your privacy seriously so we will not pass on your contact details to any marketing companies. We also make sure your personal information is well protected. When you visit our online shop, download the app or send e-mails, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail, notifications or by posting notices on this site. Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on the completed order form. A delivery charged is applied. This charge is clearly displayed on both the delivery information link and at point of checkout. Deliveries will be made on behalf of Esquires by An Post or our third-party Couriers.


In the unfortunate case of goods being faulty or damaged in transit, Esquires Coffee offers the choice of either a replacement or a full refund including any postage costs incurred. Goods can be returned by Registered Post or in-person to: Esquires – The Organic Coffee Co., Lakeshore Drive, Airside Retail Park, Swords, K67 X7H7, Ireland.


We hope you will be happy with your purchase. However, should you feel it necessary to return a non-perishable item, we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible. Please Contact us ASAP at [email protected] and within 14days from receipt of your order and we will work with you to make things right. Returns will only be accepted within 28 days from date of purchase and please contact us at [email protected] before starting the returns process. You will be required to return the goods, unopened and as new with a copy of your original invoice, via An Post by Registered Post or in-person to Esquires – The Organic Coffee Co., Lakeshore Drive, Airside Retail Park, Swords, K67 X7H7, Ireland .
