Esquires Loyalty Programme is promoted by Esquires the Organic Coffee Co. throughout all locations within Republic of Ireland.
Applicants must be aged 16+ to join.
By applying for or using Esquires Loyalty Programme the Member agrees to be bound by these terms as varied from time to time. Any change to these terms will be posted on Esquires the Organic Co. website (www.esquirescoffee.ie)
Esquires the Organic Coffee Co. reserve the right to cancel the programme and any benefits attributed to it at any time. In respect of any unused points Esquires the Organic Coffee Co. will honour these points in conjunction with the expiry date of that individual offer.
Esquires the Organic Coffee Co. reserve the right to substitute prizes or rewards in the event of circumstances outside its control.
Esquires the Organic Coffee Co. Loyalty Programme is open to individuals only and is not available to members of a group or club. Neither the programme nor any offers are transferable or resalable.
Esquires the Organic Coffee Co. reserve the right to vary the level/value of prizes at any time and without notification.
The prizes & rewards earned are not exchangeable for cash, gift vouchers, or any other excluded category of products and can only be used as explained on the voucher.
Members are only permitted to hold one loyalty programme account.
If no transaction occurs by a member in a 30-month period, the members programme will expire, and any point or offers will be cancelled.
Any prize vouchers or rewards issued to a member are subject to the Terms and Conditions.
Esquires the Organic Coffee Co. is not responsible for any errors resulting from fraudulent use of an account or the inability of a member to receive or redeem points unless in any such case it is caused by Esquires the Organic Coffee Co. negligence or fraud.
Esquires the Organic Coffee Co. reserves the right to terminate Esquires Loyalty Programme at any time by giving three months’ notice of its intention to do so. Any such notice will be posted on the Esquires the Organic Coffee Co. website (www.esquirescoffee.ie) we will also contact you through the channel of communication you selected on the Esquires Loyalty Programme sign up.
Rewards are only offered because of purchasing products within Esquires the Organic Coffee Co. locations.
For Esquires the Organic Coffee Co. to offer you the best service with our Esquires Loyalty Programme it is important to fill out details as accurately as possible. If certain fields of the form are not filled out correctly Esquires the Organic Coffee Co. will not be held liable if you do not receive communication on promotions, points promos, offers, etc.
Rewards may only be redeemed by the named member of Esquires the Organic Coffee Co.
Redemption offers and redemption partners may change from time to time.
Redemption offers may have their own particular Terms & Conditions. By taking up any such offer, you are agreeing to these Terms & Conditions.

Nothing in the Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude Esquires the Organic Coffee Co. or the Esquires The Organic Coffee Co. liability or for any other liability the exclusion or limitation of which is not permitted by law (nothing in the Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights).

3 points, for every € spent are applied immediately but can take up to 24 hours to be applied to the member account. A member will receive 5 points per € spent when they have maintained 10,000 points in a 12 month period.
Free Drink on your Birthday is applicable for your birthday month and will expire on the last day of that month.
All promotional offers (surprise and delight) within the loyalty programme will be communicated via push notification or email.
